Started the program, sort of

outline700All formalities aside, I’ve started the one hundred push ups program this week. I was meant to start last week but due to injuries, was unable to. So while I still can’t do the sit ups, I figured I may as well go for doing the push ups. Being that I haven’t done any exercise for a month, I was only able to muster up 26 repetitions in the “exhaustion test”, shamefully. Then in the first test yesterday, I was only able to do 11 in the fifth set, which is the one we have to record. It’s a terrible start, but I guess that means I have no where to go but up.
